The game features a radar at the bottom left corner of your screen to show your location, including objects, foes, power-ups, objectives, and friendly units, etc. You assume the role of the hero to explore the environment, fight against terrorism to accomplish your task using different weapons, and earn experience points. The government of the United States assigns a task to the protagonist to arrest the terrorist from Germany.
